What Your Days Will Look Like
You'll see a mix of wellness visits, sick appointments, and surgery cases while working alongside an experienced team that values communication and collaboration.
We believe veterinarians should have time to think through cases, communicate with clients, and practice medicine thoughtfully—not rush from room to room.
You'll be supported by experienced technicians and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Compensation
Full-time veterinarians can receive a customizable compensation package that may total up to $200,000 in first-year compensation based on experience.
Choose the structure that fits your goals, including higher guaranteed salary, larger signing bonus package, or a combination of both.
