Dubai Equine Hospital is seeking an experienced, board-certified (ACVS or ECVS) Equine Surgeon to join our leading referral hospital in Dubai. 

Located in the heart of the UAE’s thriving equine industry, Dubai Equine Hospital manages a diverse and high-quality caseload, predominantly involving racing Thoroughbreds and Arabian endurance horses. Our state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped with general and orthopaedic operating theatres, as well as a dedicated standing surgery suite. 

The successful candidate will work with a comprehensive range of surgical cases, including elective procedures typical of horses in training, alongside a substantial emergency caseload comprising colic surgeries, fracture repair, and ophthalmic procedures. The hospital is well equipped with a full complement of modern surgical instrumentation to support this work. 

You will join a highly skilled team of diplomates, supported by a full-time orthopedic clinician specializing in elective lameness investigations, fostering a collaborative and progressive clinical environment. 

A competitive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with experience. The position is available for an immediate start. An initial locum arrangement may be considered, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role for the right candidate.
